YesStyle Elite Club Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions and Disclaimers:

• The YesStyle Elite Club ("Club" in this context) is run by YesStyle.com Ltd. and only applicable at www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au and www.yesstyle.com.hk.
• Membership levels and Club benefits are not transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Misuse of membership or benefits may result in termination or suspension of membership or withdrawal of benefits.
• YesStyle.com Ltd. reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits and terms and conditions of the Club at any time. YesStyle.com Ltd. will use reasonable efforts to notify members of these changes. However, it is the members' responsibility to keep themselves updated of any changes before taking advantage of membership benefits.
• Should there be any dispute concerning the Club in any regard, YesStyle.com Ltd.'s decision will be final.

Terms and Conditions for Achieving Privileged Member Level:

• A member of the Club includes (1) any person who has registered to be a member at www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au or www.yesstyle.com.hk; and (2) any person who has registered to be a member at the www.yesasia.com website and also logs into a YesStyle online retail site. Persons matching the above will be automatically enrolled in the Club as members. No additional sign-up procedures are necessary. For information on membership eligibility at any YesStyle online retail site and YesAsia.com, please refer to the Terms of Use on the respective websites.
• Members will be issued a virtual membership card in their www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au, and www.yesstyle.com.hk My Account pages. Details about order history, membership status eligible Club benefits will be displayed accordingly.
• In the Club, there are three levels of membership: Regular Member, Silver Member and Gold Member.
• A member's accumulated Stylebucks* during the previous calendar year (e.g., Jan. 1 00:00:01 GMT 2010 - Dec. 31 23:59:59 GMT 2010) will be used to determine his membership level in the following year (e.g., Jan. 1, 2011 - Dec. 31, 2011).
• Newly registered members will start as Regular Members; members with 0-499 accumulated Stylebucks will become Regular Members in the next year. Members with 500-1,999 accumulated Stylebucks will be elevated to Silver Member status in the next year while members with 2,000 or more accumulated Stylebucks will be upgraded to Gold status in the next year. The table below summarizes the details of the three membership levels.

• Membership levels are valid for one year and will be reviewed annually at year's end, e.g., December 31. Renewal of 2011 membership level will be based on accumulated Stylebucks in 2010.
  
  
• *Stylebucks earned through purchase will be credited to a member's account upon system approval of the order, regardless of when the purchase was first made. Members can check for the history of Stylebucks awarded in their My Account Management page. Only purchases made at www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au or www.yesstyle.com.hk will be awarded Stylebucks. Each US dollar spent at www.yesstyle.com, each Australian dollar spent at www.yesstyle.com.au, or every seven (7) Hong Kong dollars spent on www.yesstyle.com.hk as part of the product price (i.e., not on shipping or handling) is equivalent to one Stylebuck. If the product price has a decimal amount, the corresponding Stylebucks will be rounded up or down to the nearest integer to determine the amount given. Accumulated Stylebucks in a year automatically expire on December 31 of that same year, and cannot be carried forward to the subsequent year. Stylebucks cannot be combined or distributed among separate member accounts. If a product price is discounted or adjusted, the discounted or adjusted product price will be used to determine the corresponding Stylebucks amount. If an approved order or item is cancelled, YesStyle.com Ltd has the right to deduct corresponding Stylebucks from the member's account. Shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes and payments in the form of coupons, store credits and gift card credits are not eligible for awarding of Stylebucks.
• Stylebucks accumulated from orders placed at www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au, and www.yesstyle.com.hk contribute to the same stored value of accumulated Stylebucks per cycle year, which in turn determines a member's Elite Club Membership Status for the following year. Membership Status is applicable at all YesStyle online retail sites. Stylebucks granted from www.yesstyle.com are calculated in US dollars; Stylebucks granted from www.yesstyle.com.au are calculated in Australian dollars; Stylebucks granted from www.yesstyle.com.hk are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
• In case there are any disputes regarding the awarding of Stylebucks, YesStyle.com Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision.

Terms and Conditions for the use of Club Benefits:

• Club benefits are applicable at www.yesstyle.com, www.yesstyle.com.au, and www.yesstyle.com.hk, and not at www.yesstyle.cn.
• In the Club, there are three types of membership: Regular Member, Silver Member and Gold Member. Silver and Gold Members are privileged members who will receive regular 5% and 10% discounts, respectively, on the product prices of all their purchases at www.yesstyle.com and www.yesstyle.com.au. The www.yesstyle.com and www.yesstyle.com.au storefronts will automatically display and apply eligible discounts on particular items and orders upon member login. Discounts are not applicable towards shipping or reshipping charges, and are not refundable. The YesStyle Elite Club discount can be used in conjunction with YesStyle coupons, store credits and gift card credits, and is applicable towards sale items.
• Members can elect to receive promotional materials regarding the Club at their My Account Management page (www.yesstyle.com. www.yesstyle.com.au, or www.yesstyle.com.hk).
