How do I get YesStyle Vouchers?
Vouchers are issued to customers periodically via different promotions. The more you purchase, the greater the chance of receiving vouchers. Redeeming your vouchers at YesStyle.com.au is very easy. Simply input the voucher code in the “Voucher” field during the checkout process and our system will automatically deduct the voucher amount from your order total. Vouchers do have expiration dates and conditions, and expired vouchers will not be extended for any reason.
Please note that YesAsia vouchers cannot be used on YesStyle purchases, and vice versa. For details regarding YesAsia Vouchers, please refer to YesAsia.com’s Customer Support section.
How do I view my Vouchers record?
You can view all unused vouchers under your account in this section. Please take advantage of all vouchers before their expiration date, as expired vouchers will not be extended. To redeem your voucher, simply copy down your voucher code and input the code into the “Voucher” field during checkout. Our system will automatically deduct the voucher amount from your order.

Since YesStyle.com.au uses Australian dollars, can I still apply a US dollar voucher when placing an order?
Most vouchers issued for YesStyle.com.au are in Australian dollars. However, some eligible vouchers for YesStyle.com.au may be issued in US dollars. When using these vouchers, the value will be in Australian dollars after conversion from the US dollar value. Conversion rates are based on YesStyle's internal exchange rate which is updated monthly.

You can view your updated YesStyle Credit balance and the last 10 transaction records in this section. The remarks in each transaction clearly indicate what orders your credit has been applied to. YesStyle Credit has no expiration date and there are no restrictions on purchase items. Feel free to apply them to your future orders with YesStyle!

Credit earned at YesStyle.com is in US dollars and cannot be applied at YesStyle.com.au. The additional payment method is kept on file as backup in case adjustments or amendments are made to the order total. Examples of this happening include if the customer wishes to add extra items to the order, or if the customer requests a change in shipment method.

If you have enough store credit to cover your order total, your credit card will not be billed.

Since you are required to provide an additional payment method besides store credit when placing an order, that payment method can be used to pay for any additional items. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you wish to add more items to your order.

The AU$2 amount you refer to represents an authorization or "pending" amount and is required by our third-party payment gateway to process your order. This authorization is not an actual transaction and will not be billed to your credit card. It should be removed from your credit card statement within several business days, depending on your credit card issuing bank's policies and procedures.
