Can I share the items in my shopping bag between YesStyle.com.au and other YesStyle websites?
No. The contents of your Shopping Bag at YesStyle websites are separate because of potential differences in item availability. However, if you wish to transfer items across YesStyle websites, please read more about our Flying Cart function.
How many items can the shopping bag hold?
There is no limit to the number of items you can place into your shopping bag.  For easy management, we recommend that you do not place more than 99 items in the bag.
Why can't I use the shopping bag feature?
You may need to enable JavaScript in your web browser to use the shopping bag feature. Please follow the simple instructions below to enable JavaScript in your browser:

If you are using Internet Explorer,
1. Access the "Tools" menu.
2. Click "Internet Options".
3. Click the "Security" tab.
4. Click the globe icon marked "Internet".
5. Click the "Custom Level" button to open the "Security Settings" window.
6. Scroll down until you find the "Scripting" section.
7. Under "Active Scripting", click "Enable". A dot should appear in the corresponding circle.
8. Click "OK" to close the "Security Settings" dialog box.
9. Click "Yes" in the "Warning!" message box.
10. Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.

If you are using Netscape,
1. Click "Edit", then click "Preferences".
2. Click "Advanced".
3. Check "Enable JavaScript for Navigator".
4. Click the "OK" button.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox,
1. Access the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options".
3. Click the "Contents" tab.
4. Select the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
5. Click the "OK" button.

If you are using Apple Safari,
1. Access the "Safari" menu.
2. Select "Preferences".
3. Click the "Security" tab.
4. Select the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
Why can't I add items to my shopping bag?
If you are having trouble adding items to your shopping bag, you may have disabled the 'cookies' function on your browser. To enable 'cookies', please do the following:

If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or above,
1. Access the "Tools" menu.
2. Click "Internet Options".
3. Click the "Privacy" tab.
4. Set the slider to "Medium".

If you are using Netscape,
1. Click "Edit", then click "Preferences".
2. Click "Advanced".
3. Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
4. Click the "OK" button.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox,
1. Access the "Tools" menu.
2. Click "Options".
3. Click the "Privacy" tab.
4. Select "Use custom setting for history" from the drop-dowm list.
5. Select the "Accept cookies from sites" checkbox.
6. Click the "OK" button.
Can I save my shopping bag items for later?
Yes.  First, make sure you are signed in so that our system can recognise you and save items under your account.  Next, proceed to your shopping bag and click the “Add to wish list” button on the right of each item.When you are ready to place an order, you can retrieve items from the wish list at the bottom of your shopping bag section.  If you cannot add items to the wish list, please double check your browser setting and make sure that you have enabled the cookies function (refer above for instructions).
What is the shopping bag?
The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out.  It works just like a shopping cart in a store. While you are still browsing, it holds the items you wish to purchase. Keep in mind, though, that you do need to sign in first before placing any items into the shopping bag.  Otherwise, it will only hold items while your session is open. If you close your browser or leave the site, you may lose the items in your bag.You may review what you have put in your shopping bag whenever you wish. All you have to do is click the "Shopping Bag" link at the very top of the page and you will be able to see all of your items.
