What currency is used when paying by PayPal at YesStyle.com.au?

How can I start using PayPal to pay for YesStyle orders?
You will need to first open an account with PayPal. PayPal accepts payment in either money transfer or credit card payment.

Why does my order still show "Verifying" after I have completed my PayPal payment transaction?
As there is some delay during the transmission of payment data from PayPal to YesStyle.com, the "Verifying" status may still appear even after your PayPal transaction was successfully completed. As soon as we confirm successful payment from PayPal, we will continue processing your order. Please note that time for processing can take from a few minutes to 24 hours.
What if I decide not to continue my order after I have clicked the "Pay" button?
Under such circumstances, we will not consider this to be a valid order. However, payment will still be transferred from PayPal to YesStyle as long as you have clicked the "Pay" button. Please note that any refunds that you are entitled to as a result of this transaction will be processed as YesStyle Credit on the next business day.
What if I need to add any items after I placed my order successfully with PayPal?
If you add items to your order resulting in an order total greater than that of the original order, you will have to go to PayPal to arrange additional payment for the difference before we can continue processing your order.
Once we receive the additional payment from PayPal, we will continue processing your order on the next business day.
How do I pay with PayPal?
There are two ways to pay using PayPal: Normal Checkout and Express Checkout.
Normal Checkout
- After placing items in your Shopping Bag, hit the "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button.
- Enter your email address and password in the fields indicated by the tab marked "Account Sign In".
- At the "Payment" stage in the checkout process, choose PayPal as your payment option. If you already have another payment method set as your default, click the "Change" button next to your payment type at the "Review" stage of the checkout process to switch to PayPal. Click the "Continue" button to proceed.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account and click "Pay".
- Click "Continue" to return to YesStyle.com.au.
- Return to the "Review" stage of the checkout process. Note that PayPal has now been specified as the Payment Method.
- Click the "Place Order" button and an order number will be created for processing.
Express Checkout
- After placing items in your Shopping Bag, hit the "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button.
- Click the tab marked "Sign In & Checkout with PayPal" and enter your email address and password in the indicated fields. Click the "Sign In & Checkout with PayPal" button to proceed.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account and click "Pay".
- Choose your shipping address saved at PayPal.com and confirm your payment.
- You will be directed back to the YesStyle.com.au Checkout Page.
- Click the "Place Order" button and an order number will be created for processing.
What if my PC crashes or my ISP experiences problems during my PayPal payment transaction?
1. After pressing "Pay"
Payment will still be transferred from PayPal to YesStyle as long as you have clicked the "Pay" button. Please log in to your YesStyle account and proceed to your shopping cart to process a replacement order with us.
Assuming that you will be purchasing the same items again, you will not be prompted with the PayPal log in screen again. Our checkout system will take you directly to the final page with the order number.
If the total for your new order amount is different from the previous order, you will need to go through the PayPal payment process as if you were placing a new order with us. (Please note that this means that we will receive a new payment from PayPal and that all excess amounts will be refunded to your PayPal account by the next business day.)
2. When returning to YesStyle
Under such circumstances, payment will be transferred from PayPal to YesStyle as long as you have clicked the "Pay" button. However, we will not consider this to be a valid order. Why does my order still indicate "PayPal Verification" even if I have already completed my PayPal payment transaction?
YesStyle may take steps to further verify PayPal payments to ensure they are being made without errors. This may result in extra processing time, but is being done to ensure customer security.
Why am I asked to confirm my PayPal account payment information, such as name, e-mail address and shipping address?
Asking for your PayPal account information insures that you are the rightful account holder and minimises the possibility of any unauthorised usage of your PayPal account.
Why am I asked to become a verified PayPal user?
Becoming a verified PayPal user helps reduce the risk of fraudulent use of your PayPal account, and speeds up payment verification. Your orders will be processed more quickly and safely if you become a verified PayPal user.
Can I leave order-related questions or requests on my PayPal payment details?
Due to security issues, our customer service team cannot check messages left on your PayPal payment details. If you wish to edit your order, or have any special requests, please contact our customer service team directly.
Can I use eCheck PayPal payments?
Customers may choose to send Instant Payment or eCheck payments through PayPal. Orders paid via eCheck will only be approved for processing once the payment is cleared by PayPal. You may check your PayPal account for the specific clearing date. Orders paid in this manner will be held until payment has been confirmed.
I've sent payment already but why am I being sent a non-payment e-mail stating that my order will be cancelled?
If you made your payment via eCheck then it may not have cleared yet. If this is the case, please don't worry as we re-process the order once your payment has successfully cleared. If you have further questions or seek further details, please e-mail our customer service team and include your PayPal transaction ID for reference.
If some or all of the iteams in my order are cancelled due to availability issues, will I receive a PayPal refund?
Our system will automatically process a PayPal refund if an order is cancelled or partially cancelled due to lack of availability. Refunds will occur when the available items are shipped or the entire order has been confirmed as unavailable. Customers may also choose to receive a refund in YesStyle credit.
Who will shoulder any PayPal handling fees for payment and refund processing?
YesStyle will cover PayPal handling fees for customer orders or refunds. However, PayPal may charge customers a handling fee if they choose to transfer money from their PayPal account to their bank account, which will not be covered by YesStyle. Please visit the PayPal website for specific details.
