Which countries does YesStyle.com.au ship to?

YesStyle.com.au only ships to Australia, with certain exceptions for Jewellery, Accessories and Beauty products.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders will be delivered by a courier-type service. The shipping date of your order, i.e. the day your order leaves our warehouse, will depend on whether or not the items in your order are in stock, as well as warehouse processing times, scheduling of courier pick-ups and other similar factors. We estimate that orders will be delivered within three (3) to five (5) business days from the shipping date, but delivery times can be longer depending on your local delivery situation and customs issues.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

You may or may not receive a tracking number for your shipment depending on the courier service. If you are assigned a tracking number, please refer to the links below to track your orders.

Can my order be delivered to a Post Office Box address?

Most couriers will not deliver to post office (PO, APO, FPO. DPO) box addresses. For smooth and swift delivery, we advise you to not list a post office box shipping address when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.

What happens to my order if it can't be delivered by the courier service and is returned to YesStyle?

All shipments returned to YesStyle are considered "undeliverable". When we receive undeliverable shipments, YesStyle will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment.

All reshipments will be charged the same fees as YesStyle's regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping.
